Admissions Process

Interview and informative meeting about the pedagogical proposal and visit to the facilities.

Application Fee: U$S100

Expression of interest (Form).

Candidate’s school records or reports, and psycho-educational diagnostic test, if applicable.

Academic level, Spanish and English tests (P4-P5-P6 and Secondary). Sessions take place in October and February in person and online, if outside of Uruguay.

Interview with the Head of Early Years, Primary or Secondary, if necessary.

Documents Required

Early Years, Primary and Secondary Education

Student and parents’ Identification Documents (photocopy/scan)

Academic records (report cards or academic transcripts) which cover the last year.

School Academic, Social/Personal Recommendation Letter, signed by applicant’s current Principal (Primary and Secondary only).

Medical Form and Vaccines. (‘Carné de salud del niño/niña’)

School pass from the school where the student attended last year (Primary and Secondary request only).

School pass or certificate of attendance from Kindergarten.

For students currently receiving additional learning support: latest psycho-educational evaluation report. 

Please note that academic records must be stamped, certified, translated (if the language is not Spanish) and apostilled in the country of origin.

Primary students must validate the documents previously mentioned in the MEC - Ministry of Education and Culture in Uruguay, located at Reconquista 535, Piso 9 - Montevideo. Tel. (+598) 2915 0103.

Finally, this documentation must be presented at the CEIP - Council for Kinder and Primary Education, located at Calle Juan Carlos Gómez 1314 - 2nd floor - Montevideo. Tel. (+598) 2916 0257.

For secondary students entering 1st year, the revalidation process must be carried out by the CEIP - Council of Kinder and Primary Education, located at Calle Juan Carlos Gómez 1314 - 2nd floor - Montevideo - Tel. (+598) 2916 0257.

For students entering 2nd year and further, the revalidation process must be carried out at the CES - Consejo de Educación Secundaria, located at Calle Rincón 690 Montevideo - Uruguay - Tel.
