IC joins Nord Anglia Education

A new chapter with global projection

International College in Punta del Este has taken a historic step on its path towards international educational excellence by officially joining Nord Anglia Education, the world’s leading network of premium international schools.

To mark this milestone, we were honoured to welcome John McCall, Regional Managing Director for The Americas, and Cristina Cortez, Head of Latin American Schools, to our campus. During their visit, they engaged with our leadership team, teachers, students, and families, formally welcoming IC into Nord Anglia’s global family of schools.

This alliance positions Uruguay on the global map for innovation and educational quality, allowing our students and staff to access transformative experiences, world-class academic programmes, and a vibrant international community of over 80 schools across 34 countries.

Through exclusive partnerships with institutions such as UNICEF, The Juilliard School, MIT, and King’s College London, our students will enrich their learning in the fields of the arts, science, technology, leadership, and social responsibility. They will also have opportunities to take part in international expeditions and regional events with peers from around the world, through Nord Anglia’s Global Campus platform.
