Qualifications/Training

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in an international school with IBDP & IGCSE program

Experience / Knowledge

Secondary School Principal (National Program)

JOB PURPOSE

The Director of the Secondary Division of the National Program is responsible for overseeing the academic, administrative, and managerial aspects of the secondary division. The Director is responsible for leading, coordinating, and supervising a secondary education institution, with the aim of ensuring compliance with educational policies, institutional quality, and the achievement of student learning outcomes, within the framework of regulations, educational projects, and pedagogical guidelines established by ANEP. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Pedagogical and Educational Leadership
