INSET 2025 First Aid and AED Training

INSET 2025 First Aid and AED Training

As part of the Emergency Response Team (ERT) training programme for 2025, the school staff participated in a training session on First Aid and the Automated External Defibrillator (AED) use. This activity was carried out during INSET, the preparation stage before the start of school activities, with the collaboration of the Helpers organisation (https://helpers.ngo/).

The training was aimed at administrative, educational and Sports Center staff, reinforcing the school’s commitment to the safety and well-being of the entire community. During the training, participants acquired essential tools to act quickly and effectively in emergencies, strengthening ICl's culture of prevention and response.

This activity contributed to our team’s professional development and ensured a safer environment for our students, families and collaborators. First aid training is a fundamental pillar of our safety strategy, and we will continue to promote these initiatives throughout the year.

We thank the Helpers team for their professionalism and dedication, and each participant’s commitment to school safety.
